We’ve raided Year 4’s photo album and unearthed these funny shots of the class in action during a science lesson. They’d already studied digestion in the stomach, this was all about how significant the mouth is in aiding that process. All the more important then to keep those knashers in good working order, enabling them to chew the food into tiny bits and let the salivary amylase set to work. They won’t forget this lesson in a hurry that’s for sure!
